Eko-Klor plants, designed and built by AVS Technology A.G, respond to a worldwide expressed need; which is the On-Site production of small volumes of chlorine, caustic soda and derivatives.

 

After several years of development and experience in the global market of chlorine production, AVS Technology A.G. offers you, your own skid-mounted small capacity chlor-alkali plant for production of chlorine, caustic soda, hydrogen, sodium hypochlorite (Bleach), hydrochloric acid and Aluminum Polychloride (PAC-), guaranteeing safety, quality, cost effectiveness and simplicity.

The environmentally friendly Eko-Klor Plants use the worldwide recommended membrane technology (Best Available Technology for chlor-alkali process due to it does not use mercury or asbestos). This technology allows the production of chlorine, caustic soda and derivatives with lowest power consumption and without pollution. Mercury-free products (caustic soda, bleach and hydrochloric acid) are obtained with our technology.

Security has been one of the main goals of our  Eko-Klor Plants because they only handle chlorine in gaseous form and with minimum pressure, and they have a chlorine absorption system for the total installed capacity.
